Voting by Absentee
Absentee ballots can be dropped off at the Sargent County Courthouse until Monday, November 4th at 5 p.m.
You can also utilize the black drop box on the west side of the courthouse.
Ballots can also be mailed, but must be postmarked by November 4th.
In Person Voting
Polling hours are Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Forman City Hall.

The County Recorder is responsible for filing and recording documents that pertain to personal real property. The Department is also required to maintain a permanent record of documents which can include, but is not limited to: deeds, mortgages, leases, easements, plats, crop liens, and a variety of other miscellaneuous instruments. Most records are open to the public and some have been digitized to be viewed on computers in the office or on the North Dakota Recorders Information Network (NDRIN) website by members.
Other duties include maintaining non-judicial records, issue marriage licenses, and the County Recorder may officiate civil marriage ceremonies.
