The Sargent County Courthouse is open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Sargent County Courthouse will be closed on Friday, November 29, 2024, however, the Clerk of Court office will be available through File & Serve, Odyssey, email to 41Clerk@ndcourts.gov as well as urgent messaging to 701-680-8521 from 9am to 4:30 pm.

North Dakota is ranks 8th in the nation for binge alcohol use! The facts can go on! Don’t become one of the statistics! If you or a family member suffer from alcohol misuse, be the person who extends a helping hand! Sargent County District Health Unit is pleased to have partnered with the State of North Dakota in combatting substance misuse by providing resources, trainings, and increasing our prevention work within our community.
