Sargent County Health District provides school nursing services to the following schools:

• Sargent Central Public School
• North Sargent Public School
• Milnor Public School

School Nurse Services include:

• Vision screening and referral
• Health Education for Students
• Health Education for Staff
• Vaccinations
• Injury Prevention activities
• Tobacco Prevention
• Communicable Disease Management
• Disease Specific Consultation (diabetes, allergy, asthma, etc)
• Puberty Education to Select Classrooms
• Analysis of ND School Immunization Requirements
