When will I receive my property tax bill?
According to the North Dakota Century Code, the County is required to mail tax statements no later than December 26th, however, we generally try to mail the statements by mid-December. Failure of an owner to receive a tax statement will not relieve that owner of liability nor extend discount privilege past the February 15th deadline. If you do not receive your tax statement, please contact our office as soon as possible to get statement to you. Please update us with address changes for those receiving statements. A delinquent notice for unpaid taxes and special assessments in the current year will be sent out by November 1st.

Yes. If you pay your tax bill in full for the current year with no delinquent taxes owing by February 15th, you will receive a 5 percent discount on your consolidated tax only.
